About Buying
Buying from us is easy. Simply put the items you want to buy in the shopping cart and follow the three easy steps. Note that you don't actually buy the item(s) until you hit "buy" in the 3rd (final) step. Until then you can change or cancel or order.
Just few seconds after you have bought the item(s) in the 3rd step we begin proceeding your order. In most cases we have the item(s) in stock and your order will be sent to you the following morning.
If an item is out of stock we will order it. This usually does not take more than 1 day and your order will be sent the following day. If an item you have ordered is not available for some reasons we will let you know by e-mail. This will not delay shipping of the rest of the order.
About the shipping cost.
The shipping cost is not included in the price of the items. We ship by First Class A airmail and prepay the cost and we will charge you the exact amount we are charged by the postal service. Here are some samples of the shipping cost (1 cd is about 200 g.):
For 1 cd (100 g. - 250 g.)
Europe: ISK 245,- Other: ISK 515,-
For 2 cd's (250 g. - 500 g.)
Europe: ISK 435,- Other: ISK 900,-
For 3 cd's (500 g. - 750 g.)
Europe: ISK 585,- Other: ISK 1.200,-
For 4 cd (750 g. - 1000 g.)
Europe: ISK 710,- Other: ISK 1.500,-
How long does it take orders to reach customers?
The shipping time can of course vary from country to country but the following is based on our experience:
To Scandianavia: 3 - 5 working days.
To Western Europe: 3 - 7 working days.
To USA: 5 - 14 working days.
To Asia: 5 - 16 working days.
To South America: 7 - 21 working days.
To Africa: 7 - 30 working days
To Australia: 10 - 20 working days.
From this there are of course execptions and the time of delivery can also depend on the postal service in the customer's country or region. We have f.i. experienced that it took 16 working days for a shipment to reach customer in Luxembourg!
